At Za, we appreciate the farms that work with us. The best dishes are made with the best ingredients and our local farmers give us the freshest, highest quality produce available. We design our menu to reflect the best products that our farmers can bring us.

-Verrill Farms, Concord - We purchase a full range of produce, including herbs, tomatoes, greens, peaches, and berries from Verrill Farms.

-Eva's Greens, South Dartmouth - Eva's is certified organic and, as the name reflects, we buy different types of greens and herbs from this farm, including dandelion greens and pea greens. Eva's also raises and sells beautiful flowers, which we buy for decoration.

-Angelini Farms, Wrentham - We use Angelini Farms for their ripe tomatoes and berries.

-Farmers Markets, Arlington and Somerville - Don't be surprised to bump into one of Za's owners at a farmers market on Wednesday or Saturday. We visit often to see and buy the great products our local farmers offer.
